Excavator operator
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Operate the excavator to perform earthmoving, loading, trenching, and other essential road construction tasks;
- Maintain the technical condition of the excavator (daily inspections, routine maintenance, and minor repairs as needed);
- Ensure precise execution of tasks according to the site manager's instructions, work assignments, and project requirements;
- Monitor fuel and resource consumption, ensuring rational and efficient use;
- Complete all documentation related to machinery operation and maintenance;
- Strictly adhere to occupational safety, fire safety, environmental protection, and traffic regulations;
- Collaborate effectively with other machinery operators, site managers, and colleagues on-site.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:- Valid Excavator Operator License (TR2);
- At least 3 years of experience in excavator operation;
- High level of precision, a strong sense of responsibility, and a positive attitude toward work;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Proficiency in the Latvian language;
- Basic vehicle maintenance and servicing skills are preferred.

Road Construction Worker
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Executing site preparation and initial construction works;
- Assisting with roadbed formation and stabilization tasks;
- Building road base and surface layers;
- Installing and dismantling road infrastructure elements and signage;
- Performing road surface repair and maintenance;
- Participating in site layout, staking, and measurement works;
- Regulating traffic flow according to site manager instructions;
- Executing concrete paving and cobblestone installation.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Precision, a strong sense of responsibility, and a willingness to learn;
- Valid Category B driver's license;
- Proficiency in the Latvian language;
- Previous experience in road construction will be considered an advantage.

Your Key Responsibilities:- Executing paving and landscaping tasks according to the supervisor's instructions;
- Performing work assignments with high quality and precision;
- Maintaining work tools and equipment in good technical condition;
- Collaborating actively with the team in daily task execution.
Candidate Requirements:- Previous experience in paving and cobblestone installation;
- Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate;
- Good physical fitness and stamina;
- Commitment to work culture and maintaining cleanliness on-site;
- Valid Category B driver's license;
- Proficiency in the Latvian language.
